We will be joined by Toji/Master Brewer Motoyoshi Yamaga who will tell us more about a special ritual called “Nomikiri”. Yamaga san will also share some background on two of Kubota’s sake: Kubota Manjyu JDG and Soujo Kubota Seppou White
